Complete the 10-minute survey here by 31 July 2022.

What is the state of UHC commitments in your country?

Fill out this short, anonymous survey to help us track the progress of UHC commitments and understand how civil society, the private sector, academia, communities and other stakeholders are involved in making and implementing health policies for UHC in your country.

The information you provide will be combined with data from other sources, such as a government document reviews and UN official statistics, to form a thorough country profile that summarizes your country’s progress on UHC commitments so far.

Country profiles are excellent tools to support advocacy and engagement and to accelerate progress towards UHC by holding leadership accountable. (You can view examples of country profiles on UHC2030's UHC Data Portal.)

How to fill out the survey

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary and your responses will be kept confidential and anonymous. No individual or organization names will be used in the country profile.

While filling out the survey, don’t hesitate to discuss the survey questions within your organization or constituency in order to appropriately reflect the opinions and experiences of your members and the populations you serve.

Feel free to contact us with any questions.

About the survey: Tracking progress to build momentum and hold governments accountable for achieving UHC

In September 2019, world leaders endorsed universal health coverage (UHC), the most ambitious and comprehensive political declaration on health in history. In doing so, they committed to ensuring that, by 2030, everyone in every country can receive all the quality health services they need without suffering financial hardship.

Starting in 2020, an international group of stakeholders have been monitoring each country's progress towards UHC through the State of UHC Commitment review. Based on the review, UHC2030 will feed a multi-stakeholder consolidated view into the preparation for the next UN High-level Meeting on UHC in September 2023.
