UHC2030 and the Civil Society Engagement Mechanism will once again host a networking space for civil society on the sidelines of WHA79 in Geneva. From 18 to 20 May 2026, the venue will provide a space for civil society to connect with colleagues and host UHC-related sessions.

What we do
UHC2030 is a global, multi-stakeholder platform for accelerating sustainable progress towards UHC. Our members span countries, civil society, the private sector, foundations, United Nations (UN) agencies and other international organizations that are working collectively to achieve the mission of building equitable, resilient health systems that leave no one behind and that provide the foundation for achieving health security.

UHC2030 reminds decision-makers that everyone should have access to an affordable core package of essential health services, including quality medicines. And no-one should be pushed into poverty when accessing these services.

UHC2030 tracks the implementation of commitments to foster action, decisions, policies and programs for universal health coverage.

Alignment
Fragmented efforts, competing agendas and disjointed investments can lead to inefficiencies, duplication of services, and gaps in coverage. To optimize resources, UHC2030 encourages stakeholders to align with national priorities for UHC reforms.
