ACT for UHC 2026 report launch: Closing the implementation gap to achieve health equity
24th November 2026
Building on the momentum of the 2026 UHC Day campaign, the launch of the 2026 ACT for UHC report provides an opportunity for a purposeful conversation about progress, challenges and way forward for policymakers and advocates.
How far have the countries progressed in delivering on their universal health coverage (UHC) commitments, and where the progress has stalled? Join UHC2030 for the online launch of the 2026 edition of the Action Tracker for UHC (ACT for UHC) report.
The event will present and discuss the core findings of the report: whether and how the UN Member States are acting on the commitments they made under the 2023 Political Declaration on UHC. It is being launched at a critical moment, ahead of the UN High-Level Meeting on UHC in September 2027, the last such meeting on UHC before the 2030 Sustainable Development Goal deadline.
Join us to discuss how evidence on UHC commitments can drive policy and advocacy at the national and global levels, and help shape our calls for Member States to accelerate progress towards UHC.
