2025 ACT for UHC survey: Raise your voice for UHC!

5th September 2025

UHC2030 is conducting a global study to understand the challenges, including financial barriers, people face when trying to access healthcare.

More than half of the world’s population – 4.5 billion people – are unable to access essential health services. What barriers are they facing, and how can we overcome them?

Formerly known as The State of Commitment to Universal Health Coverage (UHC), UHC2030’s Global UHC Action Tracker (ACT for UHC), aims to enhance accountability by identifying the gaps and progress in implementing UHC commitments. It also serves as a powerful advocacy tool to call for more and better action to make health for all a reality.

The 2025 ACT for UHC survey is part of a global study that UHC2030 is conducting to understand the challenges, including financial barriers, people face when trying to access healthcare. We also want to learn what factors encourage people to seek healthcare and what helps them receive the care they need.

The information collected in this study will help us, our partners and UHC advocates around the world better understand how to improve healthcare access and advocate for changes that benefit communities like yours.

The results will be featured in the upcoming ‘From Commitment to Action: A Global UHC Action Tracker (ACT for UHC)’ report and in UHC Day campaigns. Findings will also be used by UHC2030 and partners for research and advocacy purposes to help improve healthcare access.

Fill out the online survey by 30 September 2025 to contribute to the study and share your thoughts and experiences related to healthcare access. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, and your responses will be fully anonymized and treated confidentially. The survey is available in English, Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish.
