The UHC2030 Secretariat is hosted by the World Health Organization (WHO), in collaboration with the World Bank and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

The UHC2030 Secretariat’s functions include: 

  • Providing leadership and advice to support the UHC2030 Steering Committee in setting our strategic orientation 
  • Communicating clearly about UHC2030’s value and actions, and mobilizing members around shared goals 
  • Ensuring effective decision-making structures, processes and resources, in support of the UHC2030 Steering Committee   
  • Overseeing UHC2030’s day-to-day management and administration 

The UHC2030 Secretariat also supports the Civil Society Engagement Mechanism (CSEM), which currently has 1500 members across 130 countries.
