Join us on Twitter to share lessons and reflections on UHC in the time of COVID-19

Twitter chat

Date: Tuesday 6 October

Time: 15.00 – 16.00 CET

The purpose of the Twitter chat is to engage all partners and stakeholders in the UHC movement to mark the occasion of one year since the UN High-Level Meeting on UHC and the signing of the political declaration, to take stock of where we are now and to share examples of good practice.

The Twitter chat will be in two parts:

15.00 – 15.30
Keep the Promise: Commitments to UHC in the COVID-19 context

Dialogue on how, in the new context of the COVID-19 pandemic, political leaders should take forward their commitments to UHC. We will highlight the role of UHC in providing testing and treatment for COVID-19 and providing essential health services.

Partners can share concrete examples of what they are doing to take forward the HLM commitments, and strengthen health systems in the context of COVID-19.
